But the 2 Towers were not a military target it was civilian buisnesses that had no bearing on anything other to send a message to the American people that we all are targets As I watched the news as I heard about testimony from a father talking to his son that was working at the trade center. They didnt live far and could see the effects of the first plane crash called his son wbo survived and was attempting to evacuate the building as he was talking the 2nd plane hit his son was still attempting to escape he had made it form the 40th floor to the 5th when the building collapsed and the phone went dead....... They later found a bone fragment that matched the dna at the funreal it was placed in a small box like an engagement ring Another was of another father that had a young child that was watching this on TV with his father as it occured. His father attempted to contact the mother that was at work in the first tower in a panic the father musta said you mom is there and I cant contact her........then it collapsed she wasnt found......he had to explain to this 5 y/o child that his mother will never return home she was a secritary. For the next 2 years the father had to deal with this child clinging in terror to his leg each time he had to leave the house for one reason or another That he too may never return....... Now the question should Zacharias Moussaoui get life inprisonment or the death penelty??? Not only should he get the death penelity the punishment should fit the crime. Take him to the site of the fallen towers bind him well Slaughter a pig dumping its blood all over him Then allow those who lost loved ones beat him to death with baseball bats starting with shattering his feet legs hands arms so this cocksucker dies in horror and in pain inpale him and leave him at the site and allow those of New York to piss on his dead corpse Take the tape of this to Al Gazir tv station with the title of POETIC JUSTICE on it |

It is a sure-fire way to incite people to do just the things NS describes, as used to actually be done before there was such a thing as 'due process of the law' (think Vigilante Justice as it was called). People will use it to further their own political propaganda in other countries, holding Americans as the evil-doers and commiters of hate crimes in their slanted press releases. Kill him, make a martyr of him, I kinda have to agree with Riddick on that. Put him in prison for life, he will suffer the wrath of americans in prison surely but to what good? To watch cable tv, get a free education (because even prisoners have 'rights' *snorts*), and so forth. Personally, I would put him in service to the people he commited crimes against. Not the specific families mind you, because I'm sure they would feel justified in being as hateful as his actions have proven to be. But service to the general population. A civil slave in other words, for the rest of his natural life. No, make him no more than a blip on history's map. Put him in service in Maricopa County and let Sheriff Joe Arpaio deal with him in his uniquely publicized way. ~just my opinion~ |

Otherwise, for that guy, life in a maximum security prison is about the best bet. A lifetime of no contact with other human beings..yeaaa...that's the ticket. Death is not the answer fer people who think there are 17 virgins awaiting them on the other side. |

replied on: 4/10/2006 2:47:55 PM I like your concept Nightshade, however I must agree with Sativa that using a baseball bat would be "horrendous" as she put it. A baseball bat is too big, the object is slow and painful and allowing for multiple victims participation. You would need a large poster of the skeletal system for a guide to accuracy, a small sledgehammer, chisel, small dowel rod, 1/2" X 24" Cast iron pipe and a pair of vice grips. Clamp the vice grips to each toe first, use the hammer to hit the vice grips on each of his toes and fingers first, making certain to break every bone in them. Then start on the feet, I heard once if using something like a pipe on breaking a foot, you can inflict 18 different bone breaks just on the foot and ankle. Working your way up each of the legs, you place the pipe just above the last break, then hitting it with the hammer you can be assured of a thorough job, you should be able to inflict about 80 different blows to each leg. Figuring then the hips, pelvis, ribs, arms etc, you can easily figure about 200 blows in the thoractic section. Hammer and chisel on each of his teeth, once you knock out the front ones, the rest are easy. Add a bit of ice in his mouth till it melts after each tooth. Dowel rod inserted into each ear, blow with the hammer takes care of the inner ears. Don’t forget duct tape, you'll need it to close his jaw once you put the heart of the slaughtered pig in his mouth, as it will be pretty mushy. I read something about not being able to meet Allah, with the taste of the pig on your tongue. After the beating, put him on a plane back to where he came from, dump him on a city street as an unrecognizable beggar, let them support him if you want him to live. I personally would rather see them run his ass thru a tree chipper, an inch at a time. We have also been taught of Justice. As long as it isn't happening to someone you know, it's easy to stay complacent and acquiesce with the conventional thoughts like "two wrongs don't make a right", overlooking the injustice of it. Life imprisonment does nothing to humiliate him, it only give him martyrdom for beating the "American System". Some other damn terrorist will come along and kidnap some American, or hold an enite city hostage with a bomb or nuke, demanding his release from prison, and making more innocent suffer. I can think of 343 reasons to offer him any form of the same "justice" he would meet in his own system that is more akin to "Eye for an eye" as our Bible says. Since they do not play by our rules of law, lets play by theirs. |

replied on: 4/11/2006 8:39:58 AM I would have to agree that beating and torturing the man to death, even tho it sounds good, lowers us to his level. I also think death as in the "death penalty" is an easy escape where he wont have to even think about what he did. Life in prison tho, even with tv *cuz he sure as hell wouldnt get to chose what to watch* is a much longer type of "humane" torture, living the rest of your life in a 6x8 (ok maybe 8x10 I dont remember) cell, being told when to shower, when to eat, what to eat, when to sleep, when to wake, etc., as well as having to continually look over your shoulder for that other inmate holding the makeshift knife and trying to kill you....now that to me would be the best for the likes of this human. *edited for typos* |
