replied on: 10/7/2006 2:35:10 PM I wish ya well an' safe. I'ma thinkin' ya will like Aviano a lot. It's a pritty area o' Italy. Hmmm... not sure there ain't a pritty spot there, but anyways, ya ain't far from Venice. The Dolomites are beautiful an' that entire area 'as a nice mix o' German an' Italian influence. I ken it ain't a sighseein' trip yer goin' on, but, dinna make the mistake that so many G.I.s make... when yer off duty an' ya ken travel 'bout a bit - see the area! It's really gorgeous! An' the food is to die for - MAMA MIA!!! Good luck an' stay safe! |
