But never in reading the books that i have. Never have i ever seen a kajira school mention run by a FW. I know that there were slavers and even women slavers and they taught or beat the slaves into learning and used other slaves to teach them. I would assume that the children of the Free would had attened some type of school or at lest had a tutor come in to teach them depending on there caste.But when I see kajira school i think of kids with lunch boxes all heading off in a school bus to learn and I don't think the kajira would done that. As most were taught by there owner they way he wanted them trained. If they were tower slaves I don't think the FW would still train them or send them off to school to get there degree in being a tower slave but heck i been wrong before. Grethos |

Um... it weren't run by no FW though, dern it all... ummm... there were girls, an' some 'o 'em were workin' in a factory like place...well, it were dark an' dank. -pokes me finger against me 'ead- think, think, think 'elp me someone! There were two girls wot were friends an' some rich man noticed one o' 'em... Dern it all, me brain is fried an' I canna remember, but the girls were selected to go to a kajira school.....OH YES, eait, it'sa comin' back...... they were servers an' the one ran away an' they 'ad the sleen followin' whatsa 'er face thru Ar.... 'ang on... It were when that famous tracker were sent through Ar with 'is sleen to track down the real Tatrix o' wote'er the city were an'... I think... Anyway, the one girl 'ad been a server with this group which 'ad been specifically trained at a kajira school... but hell, none o' that matters cause yanno wot???? They were trained by .................... MEN. |

replied on: 10/30/2006 12:44:10 AM Fancy I do believe the book your trying to recall from was Dancer of Gor and the school you mention was a place within the city of Ar where slaves were taken and trained in the finer arts of slavery such as serving and dancing. I would give quotes but I do not have the book in front of me at the moment and being I am on vacation am being rather lazy. However I will agree on one point, no school in any of the books was ran by a woman. They were run by Merchants or Slavers, all men. |
