In that, in a Gorean mindeset, Gor does not exist only the facets of its ideals as it pretains to its underlying Philosophy does, in other words when we speak of Gorean we really mean Gorean only in a Real Time sense not in a RP sense, in a Gorean Mindset there no such thing as Ar or Port Kar or Tarns or Ar in Halsoft or a Ar in Voodo or a Ar in AW none of this exist Ar in Halsoft exists only to the point that in a Grean Phylosophyical view point its only a chat medium ie a chat prog nothing more and Goreans of like minds come here to chat with ppl they respect as fellow Goreans, however from a RP view point Ar in Halsoft is anything you wish it to be in a RP sense same for Voododo and for Ar in AW, hence in a Gorean RT Mindset the issue of cross venue chat is actully not an issue, as the sources for this confusion does not exist in the 1st place. Again i state i do understand that your point to which you were reffering may be different from what i interpreted, and if it is, i apologise in advance. But in saying all that, ideals such as affiliation to One Ubar and one home stone in a "Role Play" sense is a very repsected ideal to hold and i respect you for that and fully agree with you on that issue and if you were to transalate ideals from the source text to your RP venue ideals such as Respect, Integrity and Honor of which loyalty to home stone is a part of, then i fully agree with you, but again the keyword here is RP and not Gorean Mindset from a Phylosophy standpoint. My view on cross venue RP is simple i do as i wish and i am a part of AW Gor as much as im part of Voodoo Gor however i do not "Cross Venue" RP RP on AW and RP on Voodoo are kept totally seperate.
