ONLY Fighters have a "bonus feat list." Very few classes "get extra feats" at 1st level. The classes that do are Fighter and Ranger. Cleric "can" but ONLY if you take the War domain. Wizards get bonus feats every 5th level in the class, but it has to be a metamagic or item creation feat (though the Wizard can take Spell Mastery as well).

Your posted character had some slight changes that needed to be made. You don't "have" to spend all your money.

"Rogue weapons" are the weapons listed in the class abilities section of the Rogue under weapon proficiencies.

The SRD does not "suck." It is easier to understand than the player's handbook. What makes it easier is to not even try to think 3E is ANYTHING like 2E or 1E because it is NOT. Forget what you knew before when it comes to character creation. EVERYTHING works differently. It took me a while to get used to it, but after creating 5-6 characters, the system was so fucking easy I can do it in less than 6 minutes now. Just get a concept, roll dice, plug, plug, write down. Wow. Done. I don't even need the freaking books to do it. You'll get there, if you want.
