 New Mage on the Block

Ceadda stands tall with great confidence, he is a pillar or strength...or at least he pretends to be. Ceadda is a new mage, fresh from the feet of his master, whom he resented greatly. Ceadda knows many things about his Art but is as of yet little trained in the actual workings of the energies of mage life. He has only rudimentary spells and lacks the professional maturity of older more experienced mages. Ceadda is fearful of almost everyone, this coupled with his suspicious nature makes him react outwardly in a very differnt manner. He exudes a bravado aura, he appears to be calm and cool even under severe pressure, but in fact he is most likely assuming the worst and making sure he can escape at the first open oppertunity. Ceadda travels light, even for an adventurer. He carries only two other sets of cloths, a soap cake, five days rations and a sword which is cleverly conceiled inside his 'short-staff', this sword is actually of scythe style with a wickedly sharp edge, a gift from his master as a way of protecting himself. Ceadda has trained with this weapon and has developed a fondness for, not only hidden weapons, but for hidden attacks as well. Ceadda prefers to attack his foes from behind and will use position to all advantage in battle to augment his small combat prowess and lesser mage powers. However, when Ceadda sees an oppertunity, in which he can NOT be hurt of course, for him to use either blade or incantation to kill or disable his foe in front of people, he takes it. If the situation is 'safe' enough Ceadda will slay in the eyes of others for the brave immage it adds to his facade of strength and courage.
