EverQuest RPG Guidelines replied on: 5/9/2003 10:11:59 PM ~*Game Guidelines*~ Character Creation – Characters will be created per the Point Buy system set up in the GMG, unless GM decides differently. Race/Class restrictions per PHB are used, unless specified by the GM Character level will be determined by each individual GM as needed for the campaign. Feats, Skills, Spells and Items can be bought with Core Rulebooks. Additional Rulebooks may be introduced by DM at their leisure. Game Mechanics need to stand apart from the actual post content, I.E. Search +4, or [Search +4]. All Rules and Character Creation are subject to GM's interpretation, and must be posted by the GM at the beginning of each Game Sign-up Tread. Game Threads can only be opened by a GM, once they are ready to run their campaign. ~*Posting Rules*~ Once the Game(s) have been started, all posts within the/those Thread(s) are to be considered In Character (IC). Out of Character questions and comments may be asked within your IC posts at the end of the post, and must be apart from the actual post, I.E. [OOC:<post your comment and/or question here>]. Any questions or comments that cannot be resolved by a few lines of text, should be brought to the Game Master's attention by posting your questions or comments in the appropriate Game's OOC Thread.
