You cannot ruin anything, as I guarantee I am worse than you at creating "ultimates."

The races, classes, and feats allowed are those from the Ravenloft 3E hardback, which I cannot just cut and paste into here. I am still deciding if I want this to be 3E or not, as it's been nearly 4 years since I last ran something different. So, until I know more from those who wish to play, and have enough people to do it, this is still just an idea.
