Pardalis reached the entrance at last and pressed open the door, stepping within the confines of the establishment. As the door closed behind him, his eyes scanned the interior, pupils fluctuating to adjust for the change in light.

The pack slid from his shoulder and to the ground, a soft sigh leaving his lips. The half-breed looked weary from his travels, and the dirt was not something that generally caused him to be appealing to anyone, no matter how desperate they were for company.

His intent was to secure a room and enjoy a bath and perhaps a meal.
