Cyane is obsessed with power (which has driven him "mildly" insane.) A master of the Dark Arts, he is well versed in death, poison and disease.
He dresses in robes of the House colors black, green and gold. Ancient and arcane items of great power are hidden about his person and enchanted jewelry adorn him as befitting his station.
Cyane will stop at nothing to acquire any item, spell or tome that he learns of which will increase his power in the Necromantic arts.
