Fear Save: 16
Horror Save: 14
Madness Save: 18

These are the standard Ravenloft modifiers for Race and Class.

You did not write a background, so I cannot give you a background ability.

Even if I did allow a magic item, you would NOT get a Ring of Regeneration (besides which, it doesn't work the way you had it listed... yours is a game breaker) You are right in the assumption "most" adventurers come from outside Ravenloft, but thats too easy, and you'd know automatically things aren't "normal." Not happening. No problem with the skills, per se, but Observation is not from the PHB, and even if it were, I doubt it'd be Intelligence based.

I don't mean to come off as a jerk, but there were problems, and I just wanted to bring them to your attention, and tell you.

There are reasons food, clothing, and everything else is required... you need them, and, I don't want you starting with too much gold.

I had included the Ring of Regeneration because magi who pass the Test in the Tower of High Sorcery in Ansalon are usually given a magical item as a gift. Plus the fact that most everyone who comes to Ravenloft is from another realm originally. But no biggie. Everything else was either from memory (or an existing character that I tried to xfer to the best of my ability) or from what little reference material I had on hand. I have also never been in a game where food/clothing weren't automatically assumed, so naturally I didn't bother. Again, no biggie. With the spells, I only had that 3e junk to work with, plus I had Jeni's other game on my mind. Thanks for the notice on those.

As for the Observation skill, it actually is from 2e, I just don't recall which book it came out of. *shrugs* Oh well.

No magic items, so lose the ring (there is NO way in hell you could have afforded that with your VERY limited starting gold; I don't care how you want to argue it). You cannot be from Krynn, so, if you want a Krynn-like domain, that'd be Sithicus. The characters are all Ravenloft natives. Also, if you don't have a section of information, then don't include it. You have no racial abilities, so toss them. Daggers do not do 1d6 versus all opponents... fix it. I assume you are naked, as you have no clothes (you must buy them, I do not assume you have them otherwise.) Also, you have no spell components, or ordinary adventuring gear, including food, so you may wish to include them. Cantrips don't exist except as the first level spell Cantrip, so remove them. You do not need a list of them. What language can you read/write? It does not automatically apply to ALL languages, so pick one that you can speak; each time you take the proficiency, you get to select another language to be literate with. Did you apply your +7 additional nonweapon proficiency slots for having an 18 Intelligence? Read Magic and Detect Magic are both 1st level spells (they are given to all Wizards automatically, so consider that a bonus).

That's all I see right now, but I'll come back to it... make these changes for now.


Edit--
I made some changes to your character sheet, fixing the problems with items and so on, but you will need to get more requipment unless you want to be naked... Also, do not use any of the 3E spells, since they don't exist as they are written in that book. We are using 2E here... so keep that in mind. I was generous to you and let you have more spells than you should have, so, that's another bonus.
