There is no Comeliness score, technically. Jeni added it. Simply roll it normally, without any modifiers. Half-Orcs suffer a penalty to Charisma; they are the only race to suffer a penalty to that attribute.

All characters get 1 feat. Humans gain an extra one. Fighters gain an additional extra one that MUST come from the Fighter Bonus Feat list.

So, a Human Fighter would begin the game with 3 feats.

Yes, you automatically gain feats, provided you meet the prerequisites.
