They are: Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Move Silently, and Pick Pocket. They should all be 1 point less. If you want to get rid of that penalty, then wait until you get 150 extra gold, then you can buy MasterWork Studded Leather which is made so well that you are allowed better flexibility and it has a 0 Armor Check Penalty.
