Bahali's eyes go wide and he sits straight up in shock as he sees the drow coming toward him. The tavern keep was a dark elf! When he had entered and his eyes were adjusting to the light he had seen the smallish figure behind the bar with silver hair and dismissed her as an old tavern crone. Too late he realized his mistake! Several thoughts rushed painfully through his head at once; was she of a House that was allied with House Blackrose and if so would Lord Cyane find out about the way he had spoken to her? Was she from a rival House and in that case would he be able to make it out of the bar alive? He glanced around looking for other drow that must surly be there wondering how many he could kill before he reached the door. Not seeing many others in the bar currently he decided to play dumb and hope that it would save him. "Um, er, beggin' your furgiveness mistriss, mez took a nasty blow to da head mez did, fergot mez manners..."
