See, now this is the kind of thing that we need to know before the game starts. With nothing else to go on, I always automatically use what I know about history, or rather, what my character knows about history.

Now that you have made this determination, I can go with it.

BTW: Soth didn't try. The mists removed him and put him back on Ansalon. In the books, that is.
