replied on: 7/19/2005 10:44:12 AM Drew, it was my friends ... they would've been driving through Death Valley sometime on or shortly after July 4 weekend, I think, and then from Phoenix to LA during this past week. I did hear the weather report for those areas today and wondered if the temperatures were as hot when my friends were there. They flew back to Germany on Friday. I hope they had a good time  .
