Since that time, I haven't played on any other. The tactical rules help the game near its full potential; the added realism makes the run and gun servers seem trite. Although I have a long way to go skillwise, I love the game, and playing with your clan is far better than vanilla gameplay out *there*. I enjoy gaming with the BdG crew. As well as being fun to kill (  ) they also bring a high level of challenge to the game, and I've only improved my own meager skills since playing here. Although I occasionally vocally disagree with 'S.O.' guests, who feel that their tactics are the only ones worth trying, I have never treated and BdG or even REG member without the respect they are due.Whether or not you consider me for membership, I hope to enjoy a long association with your clan, even if only as a guest. Shooters are my game of choice, and my favorites have been Rainbow 6; Rogue Spear, Max Payne (and 2), Battlefield 1942 (and BF 2), and now COD 4. I used to playtest Sony PS2 titles (including Killzone), and have also playtested Forgotten Realms sourcebook, and have been a contributing author for Horror Rules by Crucifiction Games. |

Trust me I should know, being only made a recruit earlier this year after playing for almost 3 years here *cough cough* Post often and play nice. That will get you a long way. |

Since then we've played Traveler, Gamma World, James Bond (by Victory Games), Car Wars, Space Opera, Battletech\Mechwarrior, MERP (Middle-Earth RP), and a ton of others almost too numereous to mention. Lately I've found myself liking board-games like Republic of Rome, Diplomacy, Settlers of Katan, etc. My friend Chris (Ajax knows him) has started his own RPG publishing company, so I spend a lot of time helping him playtest stuff and writing material. |
