Anyway, according to an online dictionary I just consulted, libellous is an adjective which can be used to describe anything "Containing or forming a libel; damaging to someone's reputation." Well, Carl Chinn has a reputation for being an authority on all things relating to Birmingham, so I'm going to be libellous by saying that Carl Chinn doesn't actually know what he's talking about and he's making it all up as he goes along.
