| m8e Rank: Ozzy | World's most famous Brummie posted on: 7/7/2007 3:10:22 PM Great to see Ozzy looking so well and on such good form yesterday - both at the walk of stars presentation and his NIA gig. Amazing to think that not so long ago he was on death's door as a result of his quad bike accident. They obviously breed 'em tough in Aston. My only slight dissapointment was that Tony "Squeezy bottle fingers" Iommi didn't turn up at the gig. Admittedly Zakk Wylde is more technically acomplished, but no other guitarist in the world hits a metal riff with such pure crushing heaviness as Iommi. Incidentally, those of you in Centenary square and/or at the gig yesterday may have noticed a lovely big buxom girl on rollerskates with "Bite Me" written on her bum. Turns out she comes from Florida and has a degree in astrophysics! I eventually got her to come back to my flat to smoke some Salvia Divinorum and listen to some Scott Walker, while she entertained me with such stories as the one about when she met Steve Vai in a bar in America and got him to wipe his face with her knickers. One helluva girl. |
