There's some orange cremes left from Christmas in that tin next to the kamode. Don't be shy, tuck in. It has been a bit quiet lately Barr, no one comes round much now. Used to be a time you'd leave a message and someun'd reply within two minutes. But that was in the old days when there was a strong sense of neighbourliness. I don't know what's happened. It's the only pub I know where the Council have removed the hammers out the back of the piano. The Council won't need to relocate excess librarians when they renovate the central library, they can have em working as bar staff up the Spotted Dick. Shhhhhhhh! They'll be back Bound, you mark my words. Once that Edmund Ginsberg chappie sees his tab up the Spotted Dick, he'll kick the lot em out and they'll all be knocking on our door again moaning. I did enjoy your Christmas Day message by the way Bound, I had a bit of turkey stuck but I managed to sit through it pet. Steve Bruce can wipe that smirk off his face too can't he Bound? |
