replied on: 10/30/2007 7:06:54 PM Is the Midlands Bedding Centre still on Warwick Road near Greet? That used to always make me and Charlie chuckle as we drove past in his Hillman Husky on our way to the Railway Museum. Such a grand name for a scruffy little shop with a couple of old matresses in the window. The look of the place put me in mind of the sort of bedding you might haggle for at the mid-week market up at Inca on Majorca. Straight out of the local hotels, urine and semen stains no extra cost. |
