although not strictly a high street, i would like to suggest the oasis market. I think in my entire 28 years ive brought one maybe two items from the whole place. oasis itself isnt to bad if you want drug paraphanelia or a complete goth wardrobe its the market bit outside that im on about. stall after stall of cheap copy clothes that never seems to get sold. Its a bit of a pick pocket delight with everything crammed into such a small space.
