Do weaponsmiths get usage experience for Weapon powerups? seems to me like that has the most potentioal since everyone uses a ton of them (only 100 charges ) . Or is that how usage xp works? is it a 1 time thing, or each and every time a player pulls the trigger on a gun or something?

It was pretty much fubar for awhile, and they were also tweaking the entire economic system up until the end of beta (and will likely continue to do so)--which should actually have some indirect bearing on how experience will be applied. The way it was SUPPOSED to work initially was as a one time thing--but I wouldn't be surprised if the reevaluation process lent itself to other formulas. Maybe another tester has a better grip on the latest specific systems though...
