RAO is for those who are the peaceful and non-criminal ones which is the rebel alliance who can only stay at this city. Neutral forces are allowed to enter the city, just not a part of it. What's so special about RAO is the teamwork of the city.Everyone will help each other out by building homes or stores and even doing duties or protect us from evil forces. RAO would be a peaceful place which is perfect to live in with its beautiful surroundings of Telus. ---------------------------------- ECONOMY: By working as a team we will be building mining facilities, shops, and other ways of making some money. People who have stores should pay sales tax once once a week to the town hall which is 10 percent of all profits, read more at town hall below. As for residential taxes, all people will pay their taxes to the treasurer, he will put a check mark on the person who payed, all remaining will be warned that they must pay within the next 2 weeks or will be banned from the city. 100 to 500 credits a week isn't bad and the taxes are temporary. The first month of our city will charge taxes, if we need more cash we might add in another month of taxes. During war times we will charge taxes but even more to get supplies and make bases.) ---------------------------------- WAR AND SECURITY: RAO has 2 different forces for battleing. One for defense and the other for missions. The security force is known as the Defensive Agency Squad (D.A.S) will be conducting defensive patrols around RAO using human controled guards, droids, and pets. They will also escort people if needed help and they are used as bodyguards too from bounty-hunters. The special tasks team that goes on missions ranging from espionage, stealth, assasination, stealing, etc, is known as Rebels Elite Operations (R.E.O.). Both groups may particpate in any kind of war that Grandor is in or a battle. Think of DAS as the cops and REO as FBI or Navy Seals. In RAO the R.E.O club will give bounty hunter missions and regular missions as well. There is no jedi or bounty hunter group since jedi or bounty hunters and any other character with battle skills can join DAS or REO. REO will have many outposts or bases all over the galaxy. ---------------------------------- MAILING SERVICE/TRANSPORTATION: Keep in mind that RAO does plan to have a transpotation service run by a "voluntier". Transportation is a new job or role you can choose and in fact RAO lets you be anything you want. Transportation could transport people with vehicles to places all over the planet for a fee which will be all the same price no matter what the distance is. They will also transport mail. For example, newspaper, important documents, and items. We will need the transporters also to transport us minerals from mining facilities and bring it to the town hall where we keep all mined minerals and cash from taxes. From there only crafters, miners, and architects can take out the minerals. ---------------------------------- TOWN HALL: At the town hall, the laws, financial stuff, and pretty much anything based on RAO is discussed here by the COUNCIL. It's also the meeting place for the city members the mayor (me) needs to make an announcement to the people of RAO. The town hall is also a bank where you can deposit and withdrawl stuff. All minerals from all mining facilities are placed here and the only ones who can deposit the minerals are crafters, miners, and architects. Tax money is also stored here and the only people who can take out money are politics, generals (to supply guns or armor), and architechts (with high architechture skills). ---------------------------------- MINING: You have permisson to set up mining facilities all over the galaxy. After your facility is at full capacity with minerals or you want to stop mining then ask for immediate transportation from one of our tranportation members to deliver it to the RAO Town Hall or bring it back your self. ---------------------------------- CITY ATTRACTIONS: We plan to have monuments in our city as well as the most famous place I plan to run my self called Velton Bar which will serve great food and have the best musicians in town! Including a performance by me one day! Velton Bar will be a great place to hang out and theres more too. There will be plenty of shops too! We may have a Fighting arena but its not decided yet. ---------------------------------- THE COUNCIL: This is the basic structure of our Council. There will be a Chancellor who is assisted by a Vice-Chancellor. Beneath them will be four Directors in charge of specific activities. The Directors will be members of the Council, and will report on their particular area of involvement within the organization. The Council's job is to report organize and direct the organization and to decide the very important decisions that these Directors come up with in each of their particularily different areas of involvment. If there is a particularly important issue, a Council meeting will be called and they will discuss the issue. In the case of an unclear majority the final word to the Chancellor. If troubles still arise, the Vice-Chancellor can discuss the matter more indepth for a better decision.The people how discuss will be the discusionists how will also talk in favor of our people.Their will be seven of them. Director 1 will be in charge of the PRODUCTION activitys.He will cover stuff on the fallowing professions: Mechanic Manufacturer Droid Engineer Gunsmith Architect Miner Melee Weaponsmith Director 2 will be in charge of the ARMED activitys.He will cover stuff for the fallowing professions: Slicer Smuggler Sniper Bounty Hunter Pilot Military Officer Marksman Squad Leader Teras Kasi Artist Jedi Director 3 will be in charge of the COMMERCE activitys.He will cover stuff for the fallowing professions: Politician Barkeeper Chef Hairdresser Dancer Entertainer Musician Tattoo Artist Image Designer Director 4 will be in charge of the SPECIALIZED activitys.He will cover stuff for the fallowing professions: Botanist Chemist Medic Healer Doctor Linguist Explorer Farmer Creature Handler ---------------------------------- FAQ: 1. What planet will RAO be based on? RAO will set up a central location on the planet Talus. Currently, it appears that Talus will be the best environment for a REBEL PA and its members. The factors that helped determine our decision were faction presence, local population, NPC population, creature population, and natural environment.This planet is very remote & we will be able to work in secretcy. 2. What positions/careers does RAO support? RAO is currently accepting players wishing to fill any position that Galaxies will have to offer. We will support individual character development, as well as provide tasks for each member every once & a while.Maby one for an explorer like to find a good place to start a mine. 3. How much time will I be required to play on Galaxies? We would prefer that members devote about four or five hours per week to This PA. However, this is not a required time, as we understand the rigors of reality must precede the demands of a digital world. 4. Do I have to have a character and position picked out? RAO does not expect every member to have the details of their characters down until Galaxies is under way. Obviously, a player might wish to be a bounty hunter, then plays the game and finds he'd rather be a politician. This is perfectly fine. Eclipse is a multi-faceted organization, and we can use players in any role they choose. 5. What exactly will RAO do when the game first opens? RAO will establish itself on a server as a Player Association through whatever registration process is required, and will strive to build a REBEL base on Telus. 6. Will we be required to be on the same server? Absolutely. RAO would be completely ineffective if members were not on the same server. It would put us in different games from each other, and there would be no point in having a player association, because we would not be able to associate with each other in the game. Engineers will be highly sought after for anyone running their own establishment. Owners of restaurants and bars will need your droids for everyday tasks especially when manpower is low. You have complete freedom when in our organization and may leave and come back at will. There are no contracts or rituals that bind you to us and you are free to use our knowledge and tools to go out and make your own business.

We have a small group of members (7) so anything you dont like, you have a big chance of changing. I have been given the ability of giving out very high positions and I offer one to you, second in command of R&D. I am a Combat engineer, the leader of the R&D branch, and one of the 3 High Council members. I guarantee that you will like the PA that we have to offer, and you will enjoy your high position. Currently we have 50-55 members. We have many open spaces that need to be filled. 1. Mandalorian Mercenary Army & Navy- Main Military Force 2. The Admond Guard- An Elite Military Force. 3. The Drow- Assassins and Bounty Hunters 4. The Starlith- Criminals 5.The DA Trade Co.-Our company for trade, crafting, and engineering. 1. Mandalorian Mercenary Army and Navy- Main Military Force The Mandalorian Mercenaries are our main military force. They have few role in the Allegiance. They will fight for The Allegiance in PA Wars, but their main task is to be hired as mercenaries. The other PA pays us for how many troops they want. Then our commanders take the troops into battle along side our employer’s army. This will be a great moneymaker for the PA. 2. The Admond Guard- An Elite Military Force. The Admond Guards is an order for the best of fighters. You have to be a dedicated. This means when the game you need to spend 10 or more hours a week on the game. Admond Guards will dedicate most of their skills to fighting. The Admond Guards will receive discounts the best weapons the Triton order can make. Members will receive benefits for their hard work (credits, weapons, and vehicles). You must be a very skilled player to make it in. High-ranking officials may also have command of a division. 3. The Drow- Assassins and Bounty Hunters The Drow Order is an order of Bounty Hunters. Members of The Drow get the opportunity to buy the best customizable weapons there are in the Allegiance. The members of Drow might also receive Assassination missions. If you complete these missions we will award you with a good amount of money and will give you a promotion in rank depending on difficulty of the mission. Drow will also fight in battles and provide a scout/special opts roles. 4. The Starlith- Criminals The Starlith Order is an order for criminals. Any criminal profession is welcome in The Starlith Order. There will be stealing from others. When the expiation pack comes out Starlith will pirate, and smuggle. The Starlith smugglers will also ship supplies to our Cantinas. 5.The Dark Allegiance Trade Co. The Dark Allegiance Trade Co. or DAT Co. is a place where members can sell trade and buy good from other members, and non-members. We will build the shops and rent out stalls for members to sell goods. There will be area for people to talk and trade with others. These shops will be open to anyone. You can also join the DAT Co. and run a shop, craft, engineer, and ECT.
