Initially, the purpose of the CLA was to provide a force strong enough to keep Corellia neutral in the conflict. The plan failed, and after Corellia entered the Clone Wars, the army dropped out of existence. It was not until after the rise of the Empire that there were rumors of a resurgent army beginning to form. Slowly at first, bands of humans and later members of other races began to search out this hidden army. What was originally a movement designed to keep Corellia out of war became a machine that would be sympathetic to the Rebellion, and fight alongside it's most prominent heroes. After the Battle of Yavin, and with the support of Senator Garm Bel Iblis, the CLA began to wage it's own war against the Imperial control of Corellia. Now in the open, the CLA is today one of the stronger supporters of the Rebel cause. Do you have what it takes to fight and die for the freedom of your people?
