Arcosante PA - Oppurtunity for all

Arcosante is a community in which we can find strength in our numbers, and a sense of unity through our diversity. In the city of Arcosante, the citizens form a tightly organized group of specialists working to balance skills. With this system we allow each citizen to perfect his or her character's expertise without having to cover other areas. A stylist does not need to hunt for food, or protect themselves from weather, for the other members of the association will help with this as it fits their profession. A farmer does not need to worry about transporting his food to the market. A droid builder does not have to find materials or shop for clothing. In Arcosante, we live by the saying "Take what you need, give what you can". We all provide for eachother so that we can each provide for ourselves. Arcosante is currently accepting applications for citizenship. Though we do not wish to discourage prospective citizens, we can only allow those who will support the Arcosante community and follow the Arcosante way.
In Arcosante, citizens only have to worry about their own professions or areas of training. Rather than having to transport food to the market and waste time to sell it, the farmer is growing the next crop. Instead of mining for metal and smithing crude electronics, the droid designer is drawing plans of quality droids to be manufactured by an expert fabricator. And not any of it costs a single credit. How is this possible? Surplus goods and services are free to the citizens as available and needed. Each citizen of Arcosante abides by a simple rule: "Take what you need, give what you can." Each citizen provides a good or service to the community, and the community provides other goods and services in return. But even luxuries like designer clothes and fancy home appliances are available, for free, in Arcosante.
Why trade a crop of potatoes for coal when what you really want is a coat of paint on your house? Why trade a droid for gasoline when what you really want is a new car? That is what the capitalist does every day. The capitalist trades goods on a skewed system of meaningless value quantity. In arcosante, this flawed capitalist supply and demand system is replaced with a more friendly system that emphasizes contribution to the community, and recognizes that all goods and services are important, and that every contributing citizen of the community is entitled to goods and services that will make her life easier.
Being a citizen of Arcosante means a few things. Most obviously, it means becoming a member of the Arcosante Player Association, a citizen of the city of Arcosante, and a citizen of the greater nation of Arcosante. It also means being free from financial burden and from need. A citizens of Arcosante has no need to balance check books or carry money. All of his needs are taken care of for free. But citizens of Arcosante also have a duty to serve. A citizen of Arcosante must be willing to support her fellow citizens, her city, and her nation in any way possible, so that her fellow citizen and she herself can enjoy the privilages of being a citizen of Arcosante. The abuse of privileges, neglect of duty, or violation of any law of Arcosante (laws are posted in a law subsection of the forum a week before enacted) can result in punishment as great as deportation. Anyone who does not give back to the community as he takes out will be removed so that the community does not suffer from the selfishness of one.
