Is there something just like or equivalent to military school in the Star Wars universe? I would think at the current time frame SWG is going to take place the Empire might have some going for potential young officers, but I can not recall reading and/or hearing of such a thing. And since the Empire's grunts are cloned and raised there isn't much need for it. Thanks in advance, guys.

It made an appearance during the Jedi Academy Trilogy by Kevin J. The starwars.com database only says "The Academy" in terms of where Luke wanted to go with Biggs. I guess that means George wants to keep it a secret.

As it was written in the Jedi Academy Trilogy, Carida was a Stormtrooper training world - where the recruits would come and have to accomplish daunting goals. I don't believe just about any of them were clones.
