Then later they can place a PA Hall and will gain bonuses such as members could respawn there. Or each member could access their "bank" from the member hall. Other similar perks could be added also. Maybe some other things that the PA hall already provides that we don't know about. Well, those of us not in beta This would make the PA Halls valubale which would motivate architects to design them and still give players a chance to form PA early on.
