Got it, and Love it.

It has gotten a fairly bad rap from the online PC community. Especially those people who are fans of Battlefield 1942

What SW:BF is not: It's not the "best" team based multiplayer game out there. It's not a battlefield killer. But it's not trying to be.

What SW:BF is: It's the best Star Wars multiplayer game out there. Arguably the best Star Wars game ever.

It's immersive as Hell, it looks and sounds amazing. (First time playing hoth, watching a snow speeder wiz by over-head, then seeing a HUGE AT-AT lumbering in the distance, will literally take your breath away).

I have a few hardcore SW fans that are friends. To sum up there reaction "It's like living the movies. But better!"

You *ARE* in the movies, in the action.

If you are an online gamer, looking for the "next greatest thing" than SW:BF will probably not be for you. BF1942 still takes the cake on that one.

However if you are a SW fan first, then you will love it. This game was designed for SW fans, and it delivers.

It's fun as heck to play, and it looks, sounds, feels and smells like Star Wars! What more could you want?

I downloaded it the weekend before it was released, to give it a test run (SWG left me a bit skeptical about SW games, heh). AFter playing it all night, all weekend with a friend, bought it that tuesday right when it came out, heh.

(Haven't actually opened my box yet, heh)

You should have gotten it for teh PC. bigger community, larger games, and prople will MOD it.

I haven't played it yet and I don't know if or when I will get it. For me it is all about Guild Wars & Half Life 2.

What do u think? Post your replies and let me know! Personally i thik it's great but i don't have system link or xbox live plus no friends so its getting boring now. The bots are no challenge and matches are over too quickly.
