I know there are websites on the web, which allow you to track down the location of IP addresses, or at least attempt to. Could someone enlighten me on where I could locate such a site/program? When I ban a user by IP, it means that any user who might have the same IP is also banned, right? And it also means that a new user is automatically banned if he has the same IP. (I know it is possible, I was once accidentally banned from a forum when another user was banned, and had the same IP as me. And he lived in a different city, so he can't have been using the same computer). |
