You might not have it set up correctly. If you want me to look at it, let me know the url to the society and the members name that is not a moderator that posted to that forum.

I had a member do this too. He found a flaw in the security, as I reported a very long time ago.
By reading one of the posts he was able to obtain the link to THAT POST as opposed to the link to the thread as a whole. By opening that single-post link he was able to post a reply to it.
The best thing the Owner/Mods can do is to delete any posts by non-Mods in these forums and send the offender a PM asking them not to do it again. If that doesn't work then the Owner can ban them from that forum.
