Hi,
Yes, you can. Go to that forums control panel and hit the security tab on the right. This isnt the societies control panel but the control panel for an individual forum in that society.
Memebers will need to enter the password you come up with to view anything posted.

I did that..but when I type in the exact same password when I try to enter the forum it doesnt work. I tried a number of times to make it work, even changed the password and tried. But it doesnt work, can someone help me? =(

Hi,
Yes, Your right it doesnt work as well as it did. What I had to do was lower my internet security settings to med-low for it to work. Most of the members that have access to our private forum had to do the same. I beleive this is temporary till the .net upgrade is finish and cookies start flowing abit better.
