| DuckofWar Quote | Reply | | Splitting a thread...... posted on: 6/11/2004 2:27:07 AM I dont see how to remove posts from a thread & move them to a new one.... example: Basically, a thread is started on a given subject, half way through someone makes a comment that prompts discussion.... however this discussion is not relevent to the thread in which its posted..... Its incredibly difficult at present to move these later posts from the thread & create a new one..... An example is DuxDeLux D-Day thread which after 3 pages became a discussion of regional revolting food types (dont ask)... Look at the 'Culinary Crimes' thread to see my attempt to resolve this issue..... Culinary Crimes This isnt the first time Ive had to do this and its a major pain to do so..... Unless (as usual) Ive missed something? |
