| CyberSeekers | i have a problem.. posted on: 1/2/2003 8:31:31 AM i tried to install a link into a forum on my main page to another society and it caused an html error.. the forum is not in the right place and the graphic doesnt show up and now because it has that link there, i cant get back in to change, fix, or even delete the forum.. it just keeps taking me to the new society.. what can i do to fix this error? im panicked! thank you! marina  |

But I am guessing it's the one named like this: Case Files ~ State by State If so I will look at it tonight when I can get to the DB. Can't get to it from where I am right now. i have a problem..

LOL i thought i screwed myself  i have another issue.. for some reason, the graphics i added to the main page are displaying really large.. they dont look abnormal for me, but i guess for at least some of the other members of our board, they are appearing so large that they run off the page, resizing everything.. can you tell me what might be the problem? ive tried everything i can think of to fix it.. thank you, btw, for such a quick response! we love our new home here.. chatarea rocks! ~ marina The CyberSeekers Society ~ Justice for Children |

replied on: 1/2/2003 5:23:35 PM The problem with the graphic is not your (well sort of it is). The problem (more than likely) is the viewer. They might be viewing in 800x600 resolution which can cause those kinds of problems. The only thing you can really do is make your graphics smaller, or suggest to them to use a better resolution. replied on: 1/2/2003 5:30:41 PM Ok, problem fixed. I deleted it and you can set it up again. Don't use HTML links for a forum name next time. I also noticed that your using images in your grouping (very cool, first time I have seen that done) But the very top one is very long and could also be causing problems for your viewers.
