| [5307th]Forum Admin Quote | Reply | | Need forum name changed posted on: 5/31/2005 8:07:34 PM Hi, Due to some weird bugs affecting our forum "www.chatarea.com/5307thMerrillsMauraders" that is giving us numerous page errors when trying to move, and or delete a group of posts - also can not delete 2 of the forums - 1 of which has a post that came back from deletion with a -1 post count and can not be deleted. Ok... long story short - please rename 5307thMerrillsMauraders to 5307thArchive that way I can recreate the original forum name again. Thank you! |

replied on: 6/1/2005 5:32:28 PM I will look into the deletion of the forums. I am guessing there is something wrong with my script that's causing the problem. As far as the members, the only way to remove them is to delete thier posts, and even then they arn't really gone, just in a different group. If you want to totally remove them, then you would have to delete all forums they have posted in, or let me know and I will remove them for you. This is done this way more for your security as a society owner. |

replied on: 6/1/2005 5:44:13 PM Thanks, I might as well post under my own account. If after you delete/fix that forum(s), we would still like it totally deleted/emptied so we can start fresh with 5307thMerrillsMarauders and that will also get rid of the member history. Thanks! |
