Everytime I try to log into chatarea.com and the society I belong to, it just redirects me back to the login page. I've NEVER had this problem before. I have not changed my computer settings, they've always been the same. I made sure cookies was enabled, it's set at medium and my internet privacy is normal and the way it's always been. Please help! I've had this problem for 2 weeks now. If you can please help me with a solution.. post here or email me at jessica_ash25@yahoo.com Thanks! |

Hi Jessica, If your being returned to the login page with no errors reported then it comes down to your cookies. The site can not write a cookie to your browser, and since it can't do that, then it can't read the cookie. Make sure that in the url of your browser that it says http://www.chatarea.com and not some other site. If your using Nortan Antivirus, make sure to add chatarea as a trusted site. Dann |

replied on: 10/14/2005 2:54:03 PM I apologize, I never received your response. I do not have Norton AntiVirus, I have McAfee and I have it set as a trusted site. I am typing it in as http://www.chatarea.com and I am still recieving the same problem. Thanks for your help. Any other suggestions as to how to make it write the cookie onto my computer? |
