| Robot Quote | Reply | | Two questions... posted on: 1/25/2003 2:40:08 PM 1) How do I delete a member from my society? 2) A friend of mine (Todd_McFarlanes_Zwan) joined my society and I approved him, but since the approval, he hasn't been able to log back in. He says it says 'invalid username/password', but he is sure that he typed both correctly. What could be wrong? |

replied on: 1/25/2003 2:46:53 PM 1) You can delete all of his posts and that will remove him from your society. On the other hand, I don't think that is your question. Your question is about removing him from the MBA list. That you can't do, once they are on the list, they are there. 2) His problems has nothing to do with you approving him. The problem is on his end. There could be many things that is causing his problem. One of them is he hasn't finished the signup process. Another is he really is typing his login name and/or password incorrectly. He should request it via the request form and use that as a reference. |

replied on: 1/25/2003 3:46:00 PM He's still having problems logging in. He gave me his password, and I was able to log in under his name and post. He's able to log in, but isn't able to post. Whenever he tries to post, the posting area comes up again empty with the Invalid Username or Password message at the top, yet he's sure that he's typing his username and password correctly. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks for your help thus far, by the way. |
