If you post a question that is already in the FAQ here or post a suggestion that is already in my To Do list, it will be deleted as soon as I see it. Thank you, now on to the FAQ. Q) Can I change the word "MailBox" on my society to an image? A)Yes. This is a Elite Member feature. To update goto the control panel and click on mailbox then click on preferences. Enter in the url to your image that you want to replace with word Mailbox with and save. Q) How do I send a message to my whole society? A) This is a High Society feature. To do this, click on Control Panel, My Societies, choose the society you want to send a message to. Click on Members and there is a link at the top of the list that says "Send a personal message to all members" click on that link and then fill our the form and submit. Keep two things in mind when doing this, 1) some members may not get the message if thier inbox is full, and it might take awhile to send all the messages if you have a large list, so give it some time. Q) How do I send a message to more than one person? A) This is a Elite Member option. To do this type in each persons name followed by a comma. After you have sent the message it will attempt to send each person on the list a message, and return any errors that it finds. It will not give you a list of names that it has failed on. Q) Why doesn't it save a message in my sent box when I send a message? A) This is a Elite Member option. To turn it on, goto your Mailbox Preferences and check the box that says "Save a copy in Sent Folder", and save your changes. Q) How do I get into my MAILBOX? A) If you are logged in then you should see the word "MailBox" somewhere on the page, this is on almost every page that says "Logged in as...". If your not logged in, then click on Control Panel and login, then click on "MAILBOX" Q) Do I have to be a Elite Member to receive personal messages from other members. A) No, but if your not an Elite Member then you will only be allowed to have 20 messages in your box at a time, and people trying to send you a message will receive an error letting them know your box is full. Q) Can you please install a alert next to the word "Mailbox" in societies so I know I have new mail. A) That is an Elite Member feature and you need to be logged in to see it. If you are an Elite Member and you are logged in, you should see something like "Mailbox (3)" if you have new mail. Q) Can I receive an email when I get a new message? A) That is an Elite Member feature. To turn it on, click on control panel, login if needed, then click on Mailbox, then click on preferences. Update your preferences and click on save. Q) How do I send someone a message A) While in your "MAILBOX". Click on the button that says "Send Message" fill out the form and click on the button that says "Send Message". After you have clicked on the button the page will reload to let you know if it was successful or not. Q) How do I check my mail? A) While in your "MAILBOX". Once there you should be able to tell if you have new messages, if you do, click on the link that says "Inbox" to read them. Q) How do I create a new Folder? A) While in your "MAILBOX". Click on the button that says "New Folder" and follow the instructions. This is an Elite Member feature. Q) How do I delete a Folder that I created? A) While in your "MAILBOX". Click on the button that says "Delete Folder" which should be located next to the folder name. Any messages that you have in that folder will be moved to your inbox instead of being deleted. This is an Elite Member feature. Q) How do I rename a Folder that I created? A) While in your "MAILBOX". Click on the button that says "Rename Folder" which should be located next to the folder name. This is an Elite Member feature. Q) Can I delete the inbox, sent or trash folders? A) No Q) Can I rename the inbox, sent or trash folders?
