mmmm...ok...well...actually either that or do it as a picture...darn. They should have made it so that web pages show what the web page owner wants them to see for a font instead of just what the users has. oh well. Id do it in images if I had photoshop (i hate MSPaint) but I stupidly deleated it so I no longer have it. mmmm...guess ill just have to wait. Thanks agian sharky.

If the font that you use on a webpage is not installed on the end users pc, then they will not see it. Instead the user will see his/her own default font of thier pc. If you want them to see the font, you will have to tell them to download it.

Fonts on web pages
replied on: 9/14/2002 9:46:37 PM
OOOO...got another question I just thought id try asking here. If you want to use a font on a web page (not in chat area or anything...im talking about a web page here) that may not be on all users computers, Will those users see the same font that I formatted it to be, or will it change the font into something else.
Ok...in simpular terms before someone says HUH??
I enter "hello" on my webpage with Funnyfont format for the font. Will web site viewer see it with the Funnyfont format which he/she doesnt actually have d/l on his/her computer, or will it change the font format to something he/she has on his/her computer?
