confirmation email codes
replied on: 10/29/2004 11:10:51 AM I re registered that name for her,,, The Email is on my own server.. still I havent received a confirmation email.. all other mail gets thru ... even the unwanted bulk mail.. help |

If she didn't get an email then there are a dozen things that could be wrong. 1) Did you type in the correct email when signing up. 2) If you use hotmail, or yahoo mail, then check the bug forum for more information 3) Make sure that the email is not being blocked by your email programs and or service. There could be many reasons why you don't get the email. So check them all to make sure. You can tell if the account hasn't been deleted by trying to login, you should be able to login even if you don't have the confirmation code yet. |

confirmation email codes
replied on: 10/25/2004 2:40:30 PM Recently my girlfriend registered on chatarea. It said she would be getting a confirmation code in her email and to enter that with her user name and password to complete the registration or it would be deleted in 24 hrs... she never received an email with a code to enter .. I did send an email to the help.chatarea addy but I have not got a reply from that either.. can anyone help????? |
