replied on: 11/3/2004 7:09:01 AM Go: Control Panel->My Societies Click on the forum you wish to password-protect, then click on "Security". You'll be presented with two options, Membership by Posting and Membership by Password. Click on the Membership by Password option, then type in the password you want for the forum in the box. Click the Save button and you're all done

replied on: 10/28/2004 2:00:40 AM It might be a protected forum, which means that you need a password to enter it. This isn't the same password you use to log in however. You'll need to contact the owner of the board to gain access. |

Need help using boards for first time
replied on: 10/27/2004 10:40:19 PM I am new to these boards. I followed the setup procedures and input my confirmation code as instructed. Now I am trying to access the Girls Like Us boards. When I click on for example; recipes or crafts, it says a password is necessary to access the site. So I enter my password, but nothing happens.....what am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help! |
