Her problem could be a couple of things. 1) It could be the name's she is using. I have seen others have problems when they use a space in the name, or a comma or period. 2) You have to know the difference of the problem. From her email, what I under stand is that you have 1 or more forums that is password protected. Which is different from thier login name and password.
