It's best that you don't use a program to do that. As it can cause outages for other people, and it is in the terms of use.

actually there is a way to archive your societies files and thats with a website extractor. a good program for that is website extractor v.9.10. i used this program to extract BdG's public forums to a file on my hard drive. the total size for these 5,000 files came out to only 120 megs of info(naturally i filtered out all the superfilous information avatars, ads, ect.)

The only way to totally remove posts from your society is to delete the forum, or the whole society.

I wish we could ad such a system, but it would take a lot of resources for larger societies to run such a job.

Is there a way to export a society's entire historical postings into some kind of external archive file, that can be taken off this site?
