Dann,
I think I mentioned this to you in an email once relating to a past problem.
I would agree that being able to see 'who' voted but not their vote would be really nice but I don't think changing ones vote should be allowed, to much sea sawing back and forth.
One thing I believe should be changed is that if you are not logged into an account name, you can see the current standings of a poll. I don't think anyone except those who voted should see the progress simply because it could sway someone to vote with the masses.

Would be kewl if there was a way for moderators or even just the owner of the board to know by name who places votes on a poll since you have to be logged in to vote on a poll anyway.
Also, a way to be able to change your vote as an option in the polling feature if the poll is not closed.
Votes not being allowed to go through if the poll is closed.
