So follow these steps 1) Control Panel (login if needed) 2) My Societies 3) Choose a forum (not a society) 4) Images 5) You should see hot listed there azizeh_Saj How do I mark a file closed and Hot ?? replied on: 8/9/2006 9:45:08 AM Mistress... as a moderator of a board... when you want to close a thread you will have an option to do so on your screen when you are looking at all of the threads... when logged in, check the box next to the thread that you want to close and then go to the scroll option and it will say move, close, make sticky, etc... just select close and it will do so... to mark a thread hot, that is something that the board does on it's own... as the number of reply gets larger in number, the board will automatically say HOT!!! beside the thread... beast hopes that she didn't confuse you more but does hope that she helped. azi Mistress{Sajana's} beast ACR Morganna_Gor How do I mark a file closed and Hot ?? replied on: 8/8/2006 5:53:31 PM yes but where do we put the icon to indicate Hot or closed? All of the other things like "new" or "closed" has a special place in the set-up location when you are making up the message board. I could not locate a place for these. To close a thread, view the thread and in the top bar/box there is a link that says "Close Thread". For a topic to be "Hot" it must have lots of replys to it, meaning that that thread is "Hot".
