replied on: 9/19/2006 7:28:18 AM Out contact email is on the contact page for you to jot down. However yesterday, I would not have gotten that email because of the site being down. The reason we don't have a number down, is because this site doesn't really need it 99.9% of the time. We figured out that the router was blown from a surge from that stupid storm we had. Plus the fact that the router was more than 4-5 years old. We now have a better one, that is more secure. If anyone needs to get ahold of me, you can always do a whois on the domain. That should have my number listed. |

replied on: 9/19/2006 12:16:30 AM Hi, from today's experience, I want to know if there is some way to figure out what is going on when one can not connect to the site. I guess a customer service number would be too much to ask, but maybe a admin email id or something? I was very anxious today since my board is new and I was inviting new members to it and the whole site was down. Do paid members have a customer service phone no. or something? thanks, heath |
