to see if a Member asking for approval it is showing when You go to ...."My Society"....there is an option, on the right side of the screen, where it says...MEMBERSHIP BY APPROVAL :: UPDATE LIST ...click on the update list there it tells You who wanna be approved the Board. if a Member try to view the Board even no approval was giving it still says in the ...view society...the name of the Member. it happened to me too and i was very confused how it was possible even there was no approval given...it does not mean the User can view the Board it only says that there was a Visitor and in the MEMBERSHIP BY APPROVAL :: UPDATE LIST it shows if the Person wanna join the Board. i truly hope i did explain it right, english is not my mother language...so please bare with me

Happy Holidays to You and Yours

i have both of the ips on the DENIED :: List so he can't make it in the forum. Thanks for your help.. I new he was a elite member at one time but wasn't what they could do?? Also wondered since new members need approval to get in, u would think i would get a email or something informing me about someone wanting to get approved??

the person can always view Your Board but can not post anymore when banned as long it is a puplic Board. there is one way that only ppl can view Your Board by Your aproval...this is called private Board. this You can activate by ...My Society...Security...there are the informations and the settings

well wishes
