It sounds like she has signed up for an account but hasn't gotten the confirmation email yet.
There are many reasons for that. It could have come in as spam and in her junk email box. The ISP has flagged could have flagged it as spam.
The next step she can do is login to the control panel. When she gets there, there is a link to have it sent to her again.
If she does not get the email within an hour then she needs to send me an email, and I will update her account to live.
