I have yet to find a Cooking Guild or the store where one purchases the World Pass. Just a hint, should anyone not know, sell your Rabbit Hides to Parvipon in San d'Oria for 40 gil a pop. He is next to the Tanner's guild, I believe. -t

And i know you can get world passes in bastok. more sites should show teh importance of cooking so more people would be interested in buying food...it really can make a big difference in winning or losing in a boss battle
