replied on: 10/13/2003 6:44:10 AM Our house has a half-decorated hallway because my mum paid the bastard decorator in full before completing the job, and now he has no urgency to complete it. She tried on numerous occasions but she's given up now. She realises she should have done a half now half later deal but it's too late now. She's hiring another decorator instead. |
